Maintenance of Contacts
RapidRecall is designed to facilitate importing of contacts through commonly used file formats like Microsoft Excel, .csv (Common Separated Values) and .txt (Text files). The one-time import process is intuitive and easy. Staff movement can be updated easily through either another mass import process or through incremental adding/removal of contacts or automated self-update module.
On quarterly or bi-yearly basis, the RapidRecall administrator can initiate the self-update process through a click of button. A one-time unique URL is sent to each employee to request for an update on the system. The update is process is quick and simple to be done in less than one minute.
Activation and Reporting
During an emergency, the incident management team will invoke the business continuity plan. The administrator will login to RapidRecall to select the scenario and start the activation. Within seconds, SMS, Voice calls and/or emails will be sent out. Personnel will reply to acknowledge.
For SMS – A SMS reply
For Voice – Press "1" to acknowledge after hearing the message
For Email – Click on the unique URL link to acknowledge
Retries will be made to either the same or other numbers of the personnel for those who have not acknowledge after the specified time intervals. The administrator can view the response statistics directly from their laptop, iPad, iPhone or Blackberry phones.
A non response list can be tracked and exported out quickly for further actions.
